Made in runs of about two hundred

Canvas bags hang above rows of finished leather pieces beside the cutting press in the Rowan & Reed workshop

Two hundred is the number where the setup cost is worth it and the storeroom still closes. It also means we can change something between runs without writing off a pallet.

The consequence is that things sell out, and some of them do not come back. We would rather that than a warehouse of the second-best version.
