People ask whether I miss print, the magazines I started out in. Some of it. Not the four-week lead times, not the proofs by courier, not being told a colour was impossible after it had been approved.
What is worth keeping is the discipline of a thing that cannot be edited after it ships. I still design as though it cannot.
