We have kept notes from every onboarding call since 2023. Reading them back, almost nobody asks for more features. They ask where something went, or who changed it, or whether the thing they did yesterday saved.
That is a confidence problem, not a capability one. It is most of what we have worked on this year, and none of it looks impressive in a changelog.
