The roof above the balcony has been failing since the storms in 2023. We have put buckets under it for two winters, which is not a plan.
The work starts in March and takes eleven weeks. Services carry on in the main hall throughout, with the balcony closed while the scaffolding is up. The full costing is on the noticeboard.
