If a plant fails within 30 days we replace it
Returns
Pots, compost and feed can go back unopened within thirty days. Plants are living things, so they cannot be resold once they have left: if something is wrong with one, we replace it rather than asking for it back.
The first month
If a plant fails within thirty days, send a photograph and we will send another. It happens, usually to a batch rather than a plant, and we would rather know.
Damaged in the post
Photograph the box and the plant within 48 hours. Creased leaves usually grow out and we will say so; a snapped stem gets a replacement.
