We start from what you want to eat rather than from a set menu. Most people arrive expecting a choice of three and leave having agreed to five courses of whatever is best that week, which is the better dinner and usually the cheaper one.
There is no hire fee. There is a minimum spend, it is lower midweek, and it includes the room, the staff and someone behind your own bar for the evening.
