Everything is roasted on Tuesday and posted on Wednesday. The roast date is printed on the bag, not a best-before.

Whole bean if you own a grinder, because coffee goes flat within an hour of grinding. Otherwise pick the way you brew: filter for a dripper or cafetiere, espresso for a machine.

Sealed, about three months. Open, about two weeks before you notice. Keep it in the bag, folded shut, out of the fridge.

Change the coffee, the size, the grind or the date from your account, up to the Monday before a roast.

Yes, from your account, with no notice. Any coffee already roasted for you is sent.

Orders placed before Monday evening are roasted Tuesday and posted Wednesday, first class. Most arrive Thursday.

To most of Europe. Costs appear at checkout once you enter an address.

Five kilos a week for trade prices. Below that you are welcome to buy at the normal price.

We lend grinders to wholesale customers and set them up on site.
