Grown at 2,050 metres in the Guji zone by around 400 smallholders who deliver cherry to the Shakiso washing station. Dried whole on raised beds for eighteen days, which is what gives it the peach and the weight.

I have bought this three times now. It really does taste of peach, which I did not believe until I made it as a pour-over.
