Most people decide in a glance and come back later with a question. Daniel on building screens that reward the return visit, with examples from four years of delivery tracking.
The accessible palette, measured
Contrast ratios, focus rings and dark mode, checked in the browser rather than guessed in a design file. Bring a laptop: you will audit your own colours before lunch.
Research on a shoestring
A workshop: five interviews by Friday, no lab and no budget. We plan the questions, recruit from your own customer list and practise the first ten minutes in pairs.

Is lunch included in the ticket?
Yes. Every ticket includes coffee from 8:30, lunch on all three days and the closing drinks on Friday. Tell us about allergies or dietary needs when you book and the kitchen will plan for you.
Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?
Any time up to 1 September 2027, free of charge. Reply to your confirmation email with their name and we will reissue the badge.
Where is the venue, and how do I get there?
Tagus Riverside Hall is on the river in Marvila, fifteen minutes from the airport by taxi and a short walk from Marvila station. The Venue page has the map and directions.
Will the talks be recorded?
The Main Hall talks are filmed and sent to ticket holders within two weeks. Workshops are not recorded, so the room can speak freely.
Do you send visa invitation letters?
Yes. Once your ticket is paid, write to us with your full name as it appears in your passport and we send a signed letter within three working days.
