Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pots, compost and feed can go back unopened within thirty days. Plants are living things, so they cannot be resold once they have left: if something is wrong with one, we replace it rather than asking for it back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first month<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If a plant fails within thirty days, send a photograph and we will send another. It happens, usually to a batch rather than a plant, and we would rather know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damaged in the post<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
