Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Coffee is food, so we cannot resell a bag once it has left us. If something is wrong with it — and sometimes something is — tell us within thirty days and we will replace it or refund it. You do not need to send it back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Send equipment back unused within thirty days for a full refund. Anything faulty is covered for two years; write to us and we will collect it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damaged in the post<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
