Into paper and crates, chilled things last, in the order they will be unpacked.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Bottles and jars go back to the driver, and the deposit comes off the next bill.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Substitutions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Only if you say so, and only ever for something cheaper or the same price. If we cannot match it we leave it out and refund it, because a swap nobody wanted is worse than a gap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If something is wrong<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tell the driver, or email us the same day. Anything that arrives bruised, short or late is refunded without an argument and without asking for it back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deposit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
