Everything behind the second tower is simply gone, and what is left is a line drawing \u2014 two verticals, a curve, and a road that stops existing about a third of the way across.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have photographed this bridge on clear days and the pictures are postcards. On this morning it was a diagram of itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exposure is the whole problem. Meter for the fog and the cables vanish; meter for the cables and the fog turns grey and dead. I ended up a stop over and pulled it back.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fog does the editing for you.
