Every November the shelves empty faster than we can fill them. $18,400 stocks the pantry from December to March \u2014 rice, beans, oil, canned fish, diapers and soap for 420 households a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fifteen years of
neighbors helping
neighbors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Kinfold began in 2011 as a Thursday soup table in the back of the old library on Orchard Lane. Today 1,260 volunteers run a pantry, a kitchen, a van and a visiting scheme \u2014 and nobody who asks for help is asked why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
