This loop links three of them into two long days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first 30 kilometres are forest: steep, shaded and quiet except for the creeks. Then the trees thin out all at once, and you ride into meadows full of lupine with the whole range laid out in front of you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where to camp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is a flat saddle just below the last lookout with room for two tents and a view east.
